What the Costa Rica Wedding Experience Looks Like With Us
Booking a photographer you have never met, in a country you may not know well, takes trust. Therefore we try to make the whole process predictable, from the first email through to the final gallery.
Before the wedding
Once you book, we start planning the day around the light rather than the other way around. Specifically, we look at your ceremony time, your venue, and the sunset, and we suggest adjustments if the timing will cost you good photos. In addition, we send a questionnaire so we know which people and details matter most to you.
On the wedding day
We arrive early, stay unobtrusive, and follow the day as it happens. Because we cover photo and film together, there is one team to coordinate rather than two. As a result, most couples tell us they forgot we were there, which is exactly the point.
After the wedding
You receive a full gallery rather than a curated handful, so the smaller moments survive alongside the portraits. Film couples also receive a short highlight piece and a longer documentary edit that keeps the vows and the speeches intact. We agree on delivery timing with you when you book.
Language and communication
We answer in English or Spanish, whatever feels natural for you and your planner. Meanwhile the person who replies to your first message is the same person who photographs your day.
